It certainly can be tricky!

Hmm.  On Windows, I'm using VC6, but am not sure of the specific
service pack.  I'll see if I can figure out what I have when I get
back to that machine (Windows is not my normal environment).

Karl, which flavor are you using these days?  Is there some magic flag
I need to set to see the problems being reported?
